TRANSFER FEES ARE $20 PER FIREARM

Online Purchases

1. For online store or auction purchases the seller will request that you select an FFL to have your firearm(s) sent to.

2. If we are not already on file with the seller you will need to get their email address and contact us so we can send them a copy of our FFL.

3. Pay for your purchase.

4. Once the firearm(s) arrive we will contact you.  (This time can vary depending on number of packages coming in and processing of paperwork on our end).

5. We will set up a time with you to pick up your firearm(s).

6. You will need to have a current government issued ID with you.  If you are purchasing a pistol, pistol grip shotgun, or military style rifle you will need to have a valid Permit to Purchase or Permit to Carry.

7. You will be required to fill out an ATF 4473 form (Firearms Transaction Record).

8. A background check will be done.  (The FBI NICS check is name based and you can get delayed for up to 3 business days).​​

9. Pay the $20 (per firearm) transfer fee.

In Person Private Party Sales

1. Bill of sale and payment for firearm(s) should be done between seller and purchaser.

2. The purchaser does not need to be present when the seller drops off the firearm(s).

3. Seller must bring their valid government issued ID when dropping off firearm(s).

4. Purchaser will need to have a current government issued ID with them.  If you are purchasing a pistol, pistol grip shotgun, or military style rifle you will need to have a valid Permit to Purchase or Permit to Carry.

5. Purchaser will be required to fill out a ATF 4473 form (Firearms Transaction Record).

6. A background check will be done.  (The FBI NICS background check is name based and you can get delayed for up to 3 business days).​​
